Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations in color or appearance, as these may occur due to lighting or screen differences.


Return Request Timeframe

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unaltered
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Any complimentary items included must also be returned

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only
  • The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers to reflect the amount in your account

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by THE BAZAAR REZA
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return the product for a refund and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after the return window
